Jay after 20 years in Radio creative, On Air Hosting and Voice Over Talent for major corporations, came to SypmhonicHCM in 2021. He has crafted their video marketing presence and developed an industry-leading use of video in job video creation as a marketing vehicle to spotlight SymphonicHCM’s open positions.
He also takes on the challenge of sourcing, to help Talent Acquisition find the best fit for our client's open positions.
When not at work, Jay enjoys playing drums and guitar, downhill mountain biking, skiing in the winter and baseball in the summers. He loves the water and visits Michigan every summer to get his lake fix.
